What to know before your session

Before you begin your adventure, it’s important to familiarize yourself and your group with our guidelines. These rules ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Dress Code for Safety:

To participate, you must wear:

• Long Sleeve Shirts: No crop tops, ponchos, lace, etc.

• Long Pants: Avoid ripped jeans, thin leggings, or shorts; thick yoga pants are acceptable.

• Closed-toe Shoes: No crocs, sandals, etc. For those needing extra protection.

Waiver Requirement:

• All participants must sign a waiver. If you’re between 13-17 years old, it must be signed by a guardian. Unfortunately, children under 5 cannot participate.

• Waivers must be signed before your session.

Room Capacity:

• Only 5 people can enter each smash room at once. Others can wait outside and watch through our viewing areas.

Inside the Room:

• Only aim to throw or hit items towards the cement bricks (Throw Wall)

• Be aware of your surroundings and swing safely.

• Keep your safety gear on at all times.

• Don’t throw wrecking tools or hit the walls/floors with them.

• Have fun and get creative! Feel free to bring a playlist for your session.

After Your Session:

• Leave all used items and tools in the room. Hang your gear back up

Safety Gear:

• Helmet with face shield: Provided and mandatory.

• Closed-toed Shoes: Bring your own, mandatory.

• Protective Gloves: Provided and mandatory.

• Long Pants and Long Sleeve Shirt: Bring your own, mandatory.

• Aprons: Provided and mandatory

• Ear Protection: Optional if needed please bring your own.
